We work with Architectural and Engineering Organizations to provide complete HVAC/R system design, engineering and installation reviews.
Training before the Install
Our training of your technicians is for 1 full business week. Dependent upon your location, we can either come to you for the technician training or you can come to our facility.
Upon completion of the technician training, you will be awarded your certification that day. Your company will then be able to apply the Arctic Gator™ Certification for your website.
Support with Every Install
System monitoring and routine service and maintenance are required under our warranty provisions by Demandside Energy Solutions, Inc. or any other DES-Authorized and trained Arctic Gator™ installer.
Demandside Energy Solutions will have an install manager onsite to assistance for the first install with a company.
We want you to have success with your client so you will come back for your next install. We have answers for any questions before and after the installation of the Arctic Gator™ System.
